Reuse : Following a major kitchen renovation, the client was left with a handful of cabinets from the original kitchen and a strong desire to keep them out of a landfill. The wall which they previously occupied had been demolished to connect the kitchen with the den.
Response : Reconfigure the original cabinets and augment collection with new cabinets to provide a wall to wall installation within the den. Final composition provided much needed pantry storage, display space for pottery, shelving for cookbooks, home for a wine refrigerator and a work surface.
